BRINELL HARDNESS TESTER

TKB-3000

Machine designed with a hydraulic power pack and control circuit for effortless loading/unloading operation. A dial
gauge in front measures depth of ball penetration. This facilitates production testing within tolerance limits by
comparison method.

Features:

The Brinell Hardness Tester, TKB-3000, is precision engineered conforming to IS: 2281/2005, BS: 240, ASTM- E-10
and is most suitable for production testing. Thesemachines are designed to measure hardness of castings, forgings,
other metals and alloys ofall kinds, hard or soft, whether flat, round or irregular shape. A separate hydraulic power
pack placed at the bottom, makes the design more stable and easy serviceable.

 

OPFB-3000

FTM has developed Brinell Hardness Testing Machine with optical
device. Basic machine design and operation is similar to TKB-3000,
with built in optical device with 14X magnification provided in front to
project diameter of ball impression on glass screen with a micrometer
measuring system with 0.01 mm least count. In this machine the
indentor swivels and projects diameter of ball impression immediately
after unloading operation which avoids additional time for
measurement of ball impression. This is a production testing machine.
This is suitable for foundry, forging shops, heat treatment shops,
engineering institutions etc.

 

TKB-3000 (M)

The TKB-3000 (M) Brinell Hardness Tester is a precision engineered
Hardness Testing Machine conforming to IS 2281-2005 & BS 240 and
ASTM-E-10. This simple mechanical machine features
loading/unloading through a manually operated lever. It is most suitable
for measuring the hardness of steel and other metals of various shapes.

B-3000-PC

B-3000-PC Computerized Brinell Hardness tester has a C type
load frame. The job is positioned on the test table and lifted by the
hand wheel to touch the support plate. Required load is applied on
the job and removed by operating Load/unload knob provided on
machine at the bottom side of load frame. The timely indexing of
indentors is automatic.
On removal of load the optics will transfer the image of indentation
to Camera. The image is further digitalized and processed by TPC
for measurement. The diameter of the image can be measured
automatically / semi automatically/manually to give Brinell
Hardness value. The test report consists of Machine, sample and
